Electrode coating

Applying fine, abrasive electrode materials onto foils using gravure or slot-die processes poses challenges such as equipment wear, loss of profile, and inconsistent coating thickness or coverage. 

Our Solution:
We deliver advanced wear-resistant ceramic coatings (LC-4) with textured patterns for gravure rolls to preserve the profile and achieve uniform coverage. Additionally, we provide carbide coatings for slot-die lips to retain their precise profile. These solutions offer:

Separator film

In producing alumina-coated separator films, maintaining consistent thickness and achieving 100% coverage of the alumina coating is critical. Any deviation may increase the risk of cell shutdown under abnormal heat, inadequate short-circuit prevention, and reduced ion transport.
