Linde AMT Acquires Kermetico Inc.'s Equipment Division
Linde AMT acquires Kermetico’s Equipment & Parts Division, expanding its HVAF thermal spray systems portfolio.
Indianapolis, IN, December 12, 2025 – Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. (Linde AMT), headquartered in Indianapolis, today announced the acquisition of the Equipment and Parts Division of Kermetico Inc., based in California. This strategic move strengthens Linde AMT’s position as a global leader in thermal spray solutions by expanding its equipment portfolio to include Kermetico’s full line of High Velocity Air Fuel (HVAF) thermal spray coating systems, along with TAFA® and Genie® products.
The acquisition underscores Linde AMT’s commitment to delivering advanced coating technologies and equipment that meet the evolving needs of industrial customers worldwide. By integrating Kermetico’s innovative HVAF systems, Linde AMT will offer enhanced solutions for wear resistance, corrosion protection, and performance-critical applications across multiple industries.
